Now this was a tough one. 4.9 mil, no biggie. A little background: this was listed for sale back in June 2022 for 7.2 (+274% from previous sale). That gets me thinking, people who can buy a 1.9 mil house are probably....let me stop there. It is a lovely home with some questionable design decisions! I want to sit on that blue chair and watch a family of 4 with 2 teenagers eat an awkward dinner and yes they can see me.
